Edward F. Zwick
Edward F. Zwick received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1961 and his J.D. cum laude from Union University, Albany Law School, in 1964, where he was editor of the law review and graduated 2nd in his class.

Mr. Zwick has extensive experience in international business and corporate matters, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and various complex financings. His background includes drafting international licensing and technology agreements, particularly between the U.S. and Europe, Asia, and South America. Mr. Zwick has supervised several intellectual property cases- in the areas of defense and prosecution of patent infringement. He has also been active in advising high profile political leaders on international business matters. He is admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and New York.

Mr. Zwick was founder and managing partner of Zwick, Friedman & Goldbaum in Boca Raton, Florida from 1976 through 1997. He has also held various management positions, including Corporate Director and Executive Vice President of Oki America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, a 125-year-old, multi-billion dollar public company that manufactures electronics and telecommunications equipment.

Mr. Zwick is the director and formerly served as Chairman of the Southeast/U.S. Japan Association (Florida delegation). He has also been an active member of the Florida Council for International Development. He is a founding member and former director of the Morikami Museum in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Zwick is the former director and executive vice president of the Japan-America Society and the Ikenobo Ikebana Society of South Florida.
